Crazy Two Weeks!!

Ok so I know I haven't posted in FOREVER but I have a very good excuse... I was at EFY two weeks ago, and let me tell ya, EFY rocks my socks!(not many things can do that! haha) It was such a wonderful experience! I def. recommend it! Man, during testimony meeting (at EFY) EVERYONE just started crying their eyes out! I've never felt the spirit so strongly, it was way awesome! And then I had my first dance!!! Exciting I KNOW! lol

Ok and last week I was at Girls Camp... gotta say, not AS fun as EFY but I still enjoyed it.. well besides the bugs, the bug bites, the heat, the smell of BUG SPRAY (which became every one's new perfume!), the food, ok I know this list is long, but believe it or not I did have a rather decent time! So I got home on Friday around 4pm and I was SOOOOO tired! (after not sleeping very well for a week, it catches up to you!) and then yesterday I went to the Youth Temple Trip, which I always enjoy going to, but I must say, someone picked the wrong day to go! All the Young Women were dead tired! But I think we all managed to enjoy our selves. The youth here kinda have this "tradition". After we finish the baptisms at the temple we go out to lunch... but not just any place... we go to the best place on Earth! CHIPOTLE!!!!! OMG if you've never been there... go right now and find the closest one to you! I don't care if its in the next state! You have to go! That place is soooo good! I would describe it as a Mexican style Subway. You can order a burrito (which is bigger than my head!) and put whatever you want in there! AHHH it's soooooo good!!! I like mine SPICY!! I'm getting hungry now!! lol. Believe me... just go to Chipotle!! You'll love me for telling you to!!! haha Ok I'm gonna go eat some Frosted Flakes!! haha! I love those things!!

Well ttyl!!!

Bike Ride

Yesterday everybody except for me (I was at home doing my summer assignments for IB)went on this 10 mile bike ride. From what I heard it was pretty tough. It was around 100 degrees, toward the end of the ride, they left at about 6 in the morning in hopes it wouldn't get TOO hot, and Keiko got a flat tire! But they all said they had fun! Here are some pictures! Enjoy!

TAG!!

I've been tagged!

Here are the rules:
Each player answers the questions about themselves. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read your blog. Monday... UGH!

9 MORE DAYS OF SCHOOL!!! I am so excited! Our summer plans as of now are: Efy, girls camp, Yuko's camp thing, Alaska, fundraising for mine and Yuko's Italy trip, and doing some summer assignments for next year. I am so ready for school to be out! Anyway...

I went to the dentist today and guess wat! NO CAVITIES!!! My mom was happy! lol. The dentist told me I have really straight teeth (every time I go to the dentist they ask me if I ever wore braces. The answer is always the same, No. they are always impressed! lol)

After the dentist we went to Chuck E. Cheese! My sisters' school has Chuck E. Cheese nights every once in a while, it can get REALLY crazy! We all got REALLY lucky with the tickets. One of the attendants had a HUGE bundle of tickets, she was tearing off generous chunks and handing them out to people. She gave us a total of 237 tickets! GO US!! lol. We ended up having 608 tickets as our grand total. We got 3 sticky hands, a light up ring and some candy! All and all it was a pretty fun night.

Lets see... after that, we took Yuko, Keiko , and Junko home, and my mom, dad, and I went to my International Baccalaureate orientation. (It's this program I'm gonna be in next year!) That was exciting! I cannot wait until next year, but I gotta say all of those summer assignments are CRAZY, but I'll get over it!

That's pretty much it... I am sooooooooooo tired! So off to bed!

Sunday

Today was a pretty awesome day! Brother Tower(my piano's teacher husband from Washington) was in town today and came to church with us and then after church he came over for dinner. It was so nice to see him after almost three years. So yeah, that was exciting.

Today was fast Sunday and a lot of interesting things were said. Our Bishop told one story that I particularly enjoyed. It went like this: A philosophy professor came into the classroom and grabbed a chair and put it on the desk. For the final exam he simply said,"prove this chair does not exist" and left the room. Most of the students were writing pages and pages, but one student wrote two words on the paper, "What chair?" turned it in and walked out of the class. A few days later when the grades were posted, the class anxiously looked and saw that the student who wrote "what chair?" had received an "A." Bishop related this to how we let the opinions of the world determine what we believe. I thought that was a rather eye opening message. Especially as a teenager, what your peers think of you is important, and sometimes we can put that before doing the right thing. I am gonna be careful to not give into peer pressure and do what I know is right regardless of what people think.

OK well I'll write tomorrow! Ugh I have to go to the dentist!! *nervous shutters*
